Movies based on classic video games are becoming more popular all the time and have some of the best CGI in them I have ever seen. Especially with the release of Ready Player One a few years back, that one for me had some fantastic CGI which I’ve seen nowhere else before in movies or TV. But as these kinds of movies grow, are they becoming a bit too far fetched at times and making them confusing for viewers instead of telling the story more clearly. So which ones are actually worth watching to give you the best viewing experience possible.

Because of the worldwide pandemic, cinemas have been forced to close meaning that new upcoming releases have not been able to release to cinemas worldwide for fans to enjoy. However, there is a solution to this. Many studios across the world have seen that they most likely won’t be getting a theatrical showing of their film anytime soon so many new movies are being released straight onto streaming services before they hit the cinema to ease the lockdown mood.
As the lockdown restrictions in the UK begin to ease, many businesses are starting to open back up after months of closure. One of these businesses is, of course, one of the UK’s leading cinemas, Cineworld. However, it will be a very different environment to what we are used to normally as they have placed some of their own restrictions and measures in place to keep everyone safe whilst normality begins to return.
As we all know, the coronavirus has affected many industries and events around the world over the course of this year. Sport has disappeared for too long know and we are all wanting for it to begin ahead with our favourite teams and athletes battling it out for glory. However, until then why not try the next best thing to keep us going? They are loads of sport related movies to get lost in with each having their own unique story line. Sometimes they can even provide a motivational boost for us which some of us may need during these hard times. What I’ve seen mostly though that it appears to be combat sports which make the biggest blockbusters around.
Everyone has done at least one this lockdown whether it being the Harry Potter series or the entire MCU Infinity Saga. Movie franchises are arguably the best kind of films as they bring us into a well-developed world with many characters whom we have related to over the years. As well as that, during lockdown people have been taking on many movie challenges where they take on an entire movie series from its very beginning. It is a huge challenge and can take alot of time so if anytime is perfect to do one then now is the time.
The actor Hartley Sawyer has been officially fired this week in his role in the hit CW show The Flash by show runner Eric Wallace after offensive tweets resurfaced from his account back in 2012. The tweets in question contained many sexist, racist, and misogynistic views. These tweets were an attempt of giving off crude humour but however gave off an entirely different view amongst his fans and colleagues.
