The full cast for the upcoming ‘The Batman’ starring Robert Pattinson has finally been revealed to us and has sparked interest around the community. The characters who have been confirmed can also speculate what kind of story we will be getting next year.

All in all, this cast list seems solid with some exciting names who should fit well into their characters. For example, I believe that actor Jeffery Wright will fit right into the James Gordon character meaning as his previous roles seem to have somewhat similar traits and personalities as Gotham’s commissioner so fitting into this one should be no problem and a perfect choice for the role.

Of course, how can we forget how Robert Pattinson would be amazing for his debut into the DCEU. His past roles, such as Harry Potter and Twilight etc, have surely prepared him for characters such as Batman now and will without a doubt put on an excellent performance as the Dark Knight. Batman’s ally Catwoman is going to be played by Zoë Kravitz which in my opinion is an excellent choice with her past roles being the Fantastic Beasts series, X-Men and other action films gearing her up for his major DCEU role. Moreover, something quite interesting to note is that this isn’t Zoë Kravitz’s first entry into the DC world as previously she has voiced Catwoman on The Lego Batman Movie back in 2017 which is another reason why she is perfect for the job as she will understand the character more when she goes into The Batman.

Now they have been some interesting choices for some of the characters featuring in the movie like Andy Serkis as Alfred and John Turturro as Carmine Falcone. This is just my own personal beliefs but I think that John Turturro doesn’t have the Carmine Falcone look for me from who and how he has been portrayed over the years before. Don’t get me wrong, he has great at what he does but I just don’t think he fits the character well. However, we may be surprised come 2021.

To be honest, I may even cast Andy Serkis for Carmine Falcone instead of Alfred Pennyworth as he would suit that character better than Batman’s Butler. Andy’s past roles like being one of the main villains in Black Panther and other villain characters as Supreme Leader Snoke in Star Wars: The Last Jedi would have aided in his performance as Carmine instead. I do see however how he may suit the Alfred Pennyworth role but right now I am on edge about how it may turn out but as said before we have to wait until a trailer or the final release to see how it turns out.
