Spiderman Returns August 29 (Well, sort of)

I think we can all agree that Spiderman: Far From Home was definitely one of our highlights this summer as Sony has said that Far From Home was one of their most grossing movie of all time beating James Bond: Skyfall in the process. In celebration of Labour day on August 29th as well as the successful release of Spiderman Sony has announced that it will re-release in cinemas featuring a brand new 4-minute action scene.

The successful movie had earned Sony a whopping $1.109 billion in the box office worldwide just scrapping itself to first place just beating Skyfall which earned $1.108 billion in revenue. So I think it’s safe to say that Spiderman: Far From Home definitely delivered with its light heartened comedy, intense action scenes and the return of some of Marvel’s favourite and well-known characters with a little twist.

Because of its success, Sony has declared that on August 29th the widely popular movie will return to select theatres for an extra 4-minute action scene which was not already shown in the final cut but was teased in some trailers and teasers for the film. However, there is a catch. The extended version will only be re-running so far to the United States and Canada in some theatres only. Sony has not yet confirmed why this is the case but has said that it will reportedly bring in more revenue for the movie.

The 4-minute new scene features Spiderman using his Iron Spider suit to run errands so that he is fully packed for his trip to Europe and take down a famous crime family at the end. It shows Spidey gather items together such as dual headphone adapter, European plug adapter and selling some of his prized possessions to purchase the necklace he bought for MJ whilst on vacation. The crime-fighting scene may have already been shown but very shortly as seen in some of the trailers and teasers for the movie using the Iron Spider suit but wasn’t shown in the final cut of the film.

  • Hmm it looks like your blog ate my first comment (it was extremely long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I wrote and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog. I too am an aspiring blog writer but I’m still new to everything. Do you have any suggestions for newbie blog writers? I’d definitely appreciate it.

    • Hi there Nicolas Borgen, thank you for checking out our site! I am really glad you seem to enjoy it and so happy to hear you are wanting to start a blog too. My suggestions for blog writers like yourself are to definitely find a topic you are interested in and something that you know you can write quite a bit about over time as that will already make your articles stand out as it’s about your passion. Another thing would be to stay with a free blog writer website such as WordPress as here it will give you the standard and necessary tools to create beautifully creative sites and articles.

  • With every little thing that seems to be building throughout this specific area, a significant percentage of perspectives are generally fairly radical. On the other hand, I am sorry, but I can not subscribe to your entire theory, all be it radical none the less. It appears to me that your opinions are actually not completely justified and in reality you are yourself not even totally certain of the assertion. In any event I did appreciate examining it.
